Re: Happy St. Joseph's Day! - abevilac - 03-19-2011 My mom always used to make fried dough for her brother, my Uncle Joe. Sometimes they were filled w/ a sweet ricotta filling and then sprinkled in sugar and sometimes there was no filling but dipped in sugar. I think there also was a savory one with spinach and ricotta, but I was just into the sweet ones as a kid. Thanks for reminding me. :-) Re: Happy St. Joseph's Day! - freeradical - 03-19-2011 :yum: Re: Happy St. Joseph's Day! - haikuman - 03-19-2011 I don't care who you are St Joseph Please Keep your hands off my poooper *(:>* Re: Happy St. Joseph's Day! - miK. - 03-19-2011 haikuman wrote: Not sure I understand why you wrote this. ???
