And 20 years old and are a Marine and don't have internet access during the week so can't really plan anything or source info?
He is at Ft Lee but can get to Richmond on a bus or something.
He's pretty well rounded when he's in familiar surroundings.
Suggestions from the forum?

If they have transport, DC is 1.5 hours away, lots to see there.
