Lion server on regular-use machine?

Pardon brevity...

Would installing Server on my MB Pro limit what I normally do on it?

Normal: Email, web, Steam, office, etc.

Or would the 'puter then only be useful for server-type activities?

I ask, only because I wanna play....

No, you would not be limited.

All of that stuff would remain in similar function and power as you are used to.

Nah.

I've done day-to-day stuff on quite a few Macs running OS X Server. Dunno if this is true of Lion Server, but in previous releases the most noticeable difference was that some System Preferences were unavailable because the features were configured in the Server Admin or Workgroup Manager.
