With my new New iPad.

They used a very high pressure sales tactic.

I asked if they had any.

The bastards said "yes."

Sitting in my living room with my 1st generation iPad.

I've got no camera, no 4G, and no retina display, but I still use it every day. I also don't have the Mona Lisa hanging in a building right behind me. tongue sticking out smiley

The bastards said "yes."

I would have thought that they would have said "oui."

"In science it often happens that scientists say, 'You know that's a really good argument; my position is mistaken,' and then they would actually change their minds and you never hear that old view from them again. They really do it. It doesn't happen as often as it should, because scientists are human and change is sometimes painful. But it happens every day. I cannot recall the last time something like that happened in politics or religion." (1987) -- Carl Sagan

Lux, that is totally cool!

That's a nice store in a really nice mall. Easy to miss, though, if you don't know where to look.

I was at that store the day Steve Jobs died. We heard the news the next morning on the TV at our hotel.
