Who has a great pdf viewer for iPhone and iPad?

Using iBooks is a real drag.

There's no navigation, just page turning.

I'd like to be able to use links when provide, i.e. looking something up in the index or TOC and then clicking on the page, chapter, etc., that I want.

I realize that the volume has to have the links, and the app would not provide them.

If you haven't tried GoodReader, that's what I'd suggest...

I use Dropbox.

I can't say if it handles TOC or links well, but it's a good basic reader and you don't need to use iTunes to copy the pdf to the iPhone/iPad.

I use Air Sharing and Dropbox to view pdfs. Air Sharing has a pretty good list of file formats it can read.

I like GoodReader, too. There is an app called FileApp Pro that is on sale today for $.99. I downloaded it but havent had the chance to play around with it yet. I believe it opens PDFs.

Another recommendation for GoodReader. Great way to organize files. You can password protect individual folders, although one password unlocks access to all folders. You can also use it to store photos and videos.

I also use GoodReader, which, IMO, should be called GREATReader.

I have FileApp Pro, Goodreader, and Pages -- all can open and read pdfs -- editing them is another matter entirely.
