A 60 watt old-fashioned bulb is about 850 lumens, so that would be about the equivalent of a 14 watt bulb. Also note that many cheap LED bulbs have absolutely awful color. I wouldn't bother with LEDs unless they are either Cree, Philips, or perhaps the Ecosmart house brand (usually repackaged Cree or Lighting Science bulbs) at Home Depot.
