There aren't any around Baltimore any more. Although I will say, back when there was one in the Inner Harbor, I never had to wait in a line for the free cone. I don't think it's as well known as internet users imagine it to be.

We must have a lot more savvy internet users here then. B/c my wife took our daughter last year and ended up leaving after waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting. The line went around the building and into the patio area.
