A good price but definitely not a deal. Several places have it for less, depending on whether you need to pay for shipping and tax.

IF Mac laptops had USB 3, I’d rather have 1/2 the space at 5x the read and 5x the write speeds for $84.

(even despite the obscene dog appearance….)

Max Sequential Read Speed (USB 3.0) = 135 MB/s
Max Sequential Write Speed (USB 3.0) = 83 MB/s

vs Lexar USB 2 @ 30MB/17MB per sec
