Strange files keeps showing up at root level of HD

I have a strange file that keeps showing up on both my MBP and my iMac. Both are running latest Lion. It is at the root level and shows up as a generic file with no extension, is 0 bytes and is named /-

If I delete it, it just comes back. I don't remember it ever being there and the last thing I did (knowingly) before it began showing up was to upgrade Default Folder to 4.4.10.

Anyone else seeing this or have any thoughts? Doesn't seem to bother anything but is not normal.

Just did an experiment- turned off Default Folder and deleted the strange file. Did a lot of different things- opening and closing windows, launching programs, etc. The file remained gone. I then turned Default Folder back on and the file instantly reappeared. So, it appears to definitely be tied to DF. Don't know if it causes any problems, but it shouldn't be there.

Guess I'll drop and email to the developer.
