It is a 13 song album with a very mild psychedelic sound to it. It isn't an A+ album, but a very solid B/B+.

A very nice addition to my collection.

No, about 28 years before. I think they originally were called Stonehenge

Thanks, just snagged a couple their songs--all the days, hiroshima, and kamikaze

I have lousy memory for music. All the viet nam war movies that took place in opium den bar played a song that was all instrumental. Have two different different threads in my head booker t or electric prunes, could be something totally different.

I heard Armageddon on Deep Tracks on Sirius the other day. Love that channel-worth the subscription by itself.

Somehow I ended up on Bloodwyn Pig, all but forgotten Mick Abrahams post Tull band.
Abrahams was the guitarist for This Was, the first LP by Jethro Tull, then he left.

A lot of similarity in sound but yet some very distinctive, and Abrahams great playing.

And Christine McVies cover, while in Chicken Shack, of I'd Rather Go Blind, Originally heard from Etta James.

So are you collecting 60's psychedelia to have as big a collection as possible; the way folks collect other memorabilia like beer bottles or match books?

If not, there are scores of lesser known bands from that time that were MUCH better.

If you can, tell me the names. Right now, I'm just searching for a certain sound and Armageddon seemed to fall into what I like. Music is kind of that way : ) I've listened to what I've bought beforehand and have decided not to buy a lot of albums because I simply didn't like them.
