Not necessarily related to your issue, but near the top of your screenshot after "always trust" you have SMPT.chouloulared.... rather than SMTP.chouloulared....

What? Invalids need certificates now? Just having wheelchairs isn't enough?

Is your OS up do date? Got the latest security upgrade?

I also have an identical one (host name mismatch) The server I'm connecting to has several different businesses running from the same mail server, so I'm logging in under one companies email while their server domain name does not match.

I would contact the help desk at the one you are trying to log in via a contact inquiry on their web page and ask them about the discrepancy

I just finally hear back from my server and it is theirs. They haven't answered why it just shows up now. never has before.
