Wow - great show! I didn't realize how well she plays guitar and her voice is spectacular and she does it all while moving about the stage in high heels [let's see Eric Clapton do that!] She did a lot of the new songs, of course, but many of the old ones too -- very personable on stage presence too. She was putting some chap lip on and some guy calls out "You're beautiful." She replies [without missing a beat], "You're in the balcony!"

She is awesome ~!~!~!~ I went to 3 of her concerts in Maui and met her at the very small Hana airport in Maui. I was almost tongue tied *(:>*

Well...a outing rating Raitt, I would honestly say - 9 on a 10 point scale.

Saw her last week in Atlanta. terrific show!

She takes classy to a new level, in my book. She "dropped in" at a James Taylor concert a while back. What a show that was.

She worked at the American Friends Service Committee in the late sixties or early seventies. So did my older sister: unfortunately, it was after Raitt had already moved on.
