Pinhole basically require you to replace all the pipe with new. If all the pipes are exposed this will be relatively easy, although can't you ask your employer to have it fixed? Anything you do to the plumbing could be a potential liability for them.

I agree with mikebw and once you start getting pinhole leaks you will probably have more. Replacement is best option but copper can be a chore. There are a couple band-aid options though -
#1 - cut out leaky section and replace using PEX and quick connects. Do not use CPVC because UV rays will break it down and you will be leaking again.
#2 - rubber patch & worm clamp. I used this a couple years ago on a neighbors leaky pipe. I had some rubber gasket material and cut a strip that wrapped around the pipe. I uses a worm clamp to secure it around the pinhole leak and it worked great for several years until she got around ho having it repaired properly. You can probably get a kit at local Ace or other.

I *have* also repaired pinhole leaks in copper pipes by soldering a 'patch' on the outside. Ugly but it worked. But the above recommendations are a much better idea.
Roof shower ? The water source isn't the fire tank, is it ? Thems are nasssstyyyy...
