Website troubleshooting

So our little family blog, www.patrioticandromantic.com, is apparently down the world-over.
Haven't changed anything on the back-end at Godaddy (the registrar).
Run the site through posterous. Haven't changed anything on the back-end at posterous.
Traceroute comes up dead after the GCI link here locally.
A spotcheck at [www.alertra.com] likewise shows no activity.

Where do I start to get this figured out?

24x7 support: (480) 505-8877

I think it's pretty easy to get human with them. I dropped them once I figured out they were going to gouge me another $10 for private registration when lots of other places are free.

Godaddy nickels and dimes you for EVERYTHING.

Actually, I had a friend whose site similarly went down with Godaddy. After speaking to someone, it turned out they were migrating servers or something and a lot of sites were down. It eventually came back after a day I think.

are you hosting with godaddy or is the domain just registered with them? Looks like a host issue to me...they should be able to help you figure it out. Email or call them ASAP, there's no good reason a site should be down for 3-4 days.
