Up 15 minutes later, but their offline updates appear to not have gone completely well. Clicking on some items gets an immediate redirect to the "We'll be back" message, other items in the same grouping work just fine.

I think somebody spilled Pepsi on the control panel.



I wonder if they aren't having some kind of difficulties that are in fact unrelated to being offline for the addition of the Nest Learning Thermostat, since it seems to be going on and off regionally. In other words, it's just a coiincidence?
