Wow, I never made the connection with him and Hogan's Heros. He was so much younger then.

Kinch was played by Ivan Dixon, he passed in 2008. Le Beau (Robert Clary) is the last surviving original cast member.

But Gods Speed Mr. Dawson. You were great in many a role.

Was good on Family Feud, good on Hogan, and generally made good decisions and didn't end up cheapening himself, overexposed, on some horrible commercials, etc. Sorry to see him go.

I never regularly watched the shows he was on. I just caught a clip of him on TV and was surprised at how he looked now. His face and voice indicated to me he was a very nice man.
