Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent. app/Contents/MacOS/ARDagent" has been modified and cannot be repaired

I was doing the housekeeping thing, repairing permissions, verification and saw this statement.
anyone know what it means and what I can do about it?

ARDagent has to to with the Apple Remote Desktop management software...
Long story short, don't worry about it... Not only are most of those Permissions Repair messages red herrings (about stuff that's actually perfectly normal..), but even if this WASN'T perfectly normal, you don't need the ARDagent anyway..

Hope this helps :-)
