can't watch that at the moment, but sometimes I just have to listen to that song again because it's stuck in my head. that's the only way I've found to get it out of my head.

Imagining the stuck song being sung by someone other than the official recording artist usually works too. A singer with a very distinctive style such as Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison, or Johnny Cash usually works best, although there is the occasional misfire where the stuck song winds up sounding really good when performed in your head by the alternate singer. Case in point, the Partridge Family theme ( "C'mon Get Happy" ) being performed by Ethel Merman.
