Tator tot casserole (with a slight twist, used a can of manwich instead of cream of celery).

An uninspired, yet fairly tasty, Subway Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki with extra onion, swiss cheese and peppercini's.
And a diet Mt. Dew.

Takeout Chinese from a little family place we've been going to for... 17 years. Watched their daughter grow up, go to school with my kids. Her Mom asked me to talk to her about careers.. and she's going to my alma mater and getting her Engineering degree... Civil Engineering, and working on a windpower project in our neck of the woods for her summer internship.

It's so cool to watch smart kids grow up and do cool things.

It's mostly your typical pho... rice noodles with chicken and all the sprout and basil fixings on the side, but the pan-Asian restaurant that it came from added some masala spice, which made it sweet and mildly hot. It was good.

Trader Joe's Arugula pizza. Pretty tasty with a Great Divide Rye Lager! And a salad with gorgonzola, olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
