Boss
Significant other
Housemate
"best friend"
Business parnter
Person you have the most dealings with at the moment e.g. your accountant at tax time, your lawyer during divorce proceedings, you're barber if you've been trying to find time to get a haircut and it's becoming a crisis, your doctor when something's amiss.

And then the implication being that there are actually 5 others not on this list who you don't think much about, but with a little introspection should be able to identify as the real important people...
