I'm not sure who was more excited- the girl and her fishing friend at getting surprised, or the guy doing the video at getting it on video.

So it looks like the shark went for the fish that she was reeling in?

It looked and acted like a bull shark, which would live in the Intercoastal Waterway near Myrtle Beach, Fla. (where the video was made). These are potentially dangerous sharks that can come far up into fresh water rivers and are believed to be the cause of many near-shore shark attacks and upriver attacks that were previously attributed to alligators.

That's what rangers tell us in Florida's coastal parks.

The shark jumps in the video around 0:43. Scary.
