Attention: Chef's and culinary gurus! Scapes!

Until a couple of days ago I had never heard of scapes. My new neighbor who was (is) a chef until she became a lawyer was astounded we were growing garlic and didn't know what scapes were. There are used like chives or green onion or scallions. And my wife's garden has a bunch. Then a friend said, " Do you know what they charge at the farmer's market for these?"
So here are some pix of our scapes and a couple other shots that I forgot to include in my last garden pix post. And I will not post our address...

And I think this is St. John's Wort:



And some of the Morning Glory's I shot this AM but I was still late because most were already closed! But I'm not getting up any earlier...
