I previously posted that Matt, the customer service rep that I've been working with at Breville, had arranged for me to have my espresso machine looked at by a nearby service company.

It turned out that more was wrong with the machine than expected, so Matt and Kelly, his manager at Breville, are replacing my unit with a brand new machine!

I have never had better treatment by a manufacturer than I received from these two wonderful people at Breville.

The capper is that Kelly the manager gave me her personal contact information and said to let her know if everything works properly with the new unit. This was another sample of the kind of customer service that I've experienced from Breville.

All I can say is YAY! Breville. smiling smiley

BTW, I learned that Kelly is a member of a Mac users group, so I turned her on to MRF. Perhaps we'll be seeing her here soon.

If so, Hi, Kelly L!

Be here now. Be someplace else later. Is that so complicated?
Zen is not easy. It takes effort to attain nothingness. And then what do you have? Bupkes.
