10.8 setting: Is "double-click to minimize window" gone?

There was a setting under SYSTEM PREFERENCES, GENERAL to do this and now it looks like it is either gone (hopefully not) or moved (crossing fingers).

Any ideas? I am fully comfortable with a terminal command, if required.

I think it's under the Dock preference pane now.
