Disk Repair... Warning

Just ran Disk Repair on 2008 MBPro Lion, now says
Warning SUID File "System/Library/Core has been modified and will not be repaired.
What to do next?

I just noticed this topic and learned that the ominous message that I got after repairing permissions wasn't unique to me.

I have 't checked the posted links yet, but I'm wondering if any of our "experts" are going to weigh in on this?

Looking at the link that hal posted, it appears that the list doesn't mention OS 10.7, which is where the warning showed up for me.

Should I not worry about it, anyway?
