Glad to see the app being removed from the core installation. Wish they would pull the weather app as well.

Why?

I have no use for the YouTube app. I know that I can "hide" it, but would rather delete it. As for the Weather App, it's ok but there are far better options out there. Again, don't use it and would like the ability to delete it.

What weather app are you guys talking about? There was no factory installed weather app on either of my iPads.. ?

The weather app they are talking about is on iPhones. I use the Weather Channel app as an option for both iPhone and iPad. Others will give you more to think about here...
