Sardinian, maybe..but in any language everyone knows what CELINE is doin!!! She jerks and spits and elbows her way through a song and brings that particular and certainly edgy TACKINESS to everything..Like she was a character on the old SCTV..Celine was made for Vegas and she has actual skills AND the required levels of brillinacce acciponte!!!!
