I opened and clicked a scam pdf that was sent from my teachers official school account. WTF, how do I check my Mac and iPhone?

When I opened the pdf on my iPhone, it appeared I was on her Google docs page.
The address bar showed this:
"data:text/html;[www.googledocs.com] ... " etc

I then went to the email on my mac and got to that same webpage.
The page asked for my google name and password which I may have entered before I realized it was a scam. I can't remember how much info I entered.
I know for sure that I did not click "sign in to view attachment"

Once i knew that it was a scam, I copied the full "googledocs.com/secure/ ......" url address and pasted it into a text file to examine it. The actual url when pasted became 8 pages of text/code.

I back traced my steps and discovered clicking the pdf sent me to this url:

lalaafr.info/admin.php?id=name

that url instantly turns into the "googledocs.com/secure/ ..." long address

Can anyone explain what the heck the 8 page url/code/text is?

Also is my password ok because I know I did not click "sign in to view attachment" ?
As I mentioned I don't remember if I got as far as having my full email and password entered into the fake login screen.

I'll change my password to be safe.
What I'd like to know is could that 8 pages of text/code or the Pdf itself have installed any viruses or spyware on my iPhone or Mac?

Put all your devices into the microwave and nuke on high for three and half minutes; that should kill any viruses. Not sure what will happen to your devices, or microwave, but pretty sure it'll kill the viruses.

OK, those 8 pages of text sound even scarier than abusing the microwave (don't really do it, BTW). Somebody here will recommend the appropriate malware removal technique before 1:15 AM PDT.

Run Malwarebytes seems to be the thing to do.

Change your google passwords ASAP.

Turn off your computer and make sure it powers down
Drop it in a forty three foot hole in the ground
Bury it completely, rocks and boulders should be fine
Then burn all the clothes you may have worn any time you were online

Alas, both spyware and malware do exist for the Mac. It's just that they require a user to install them under circumstances such as this. (There's also NSA spyware, but we'll ignore that for now). All you did was visit a web page, and there are no known vulnerabilities whereby the browser can install anything bad (it will ask you for permissions to install).

As mentioned, download and run Malwarebytes (preferably download from another computer) and change the password. That should be sufficient.

If you really want to be sure, disconnect your Time Machine backup and do a clean install of the OS. Then restore from TM from a checkpoint before the incident.
