Include July 4th in my list of celebrations?

Pluses: It is America's Birthday! Does anything more need to be said?

Minuses: Not everyone on the forum is American (and we won't hold that against you). It's going to be real hard to find a birthday cake with 242 on it (next year, missed this year's) since they didn't have the internet in Methuselah's time...

Add a comment about if you would like to see some other country's date and we can do a poll about that one -- 7/14 for France? 5/5 for Mexico (even though that isn't correct)? Other?

Now go and post your Happy Independence day message on the thread below.

We need to celebrate the 4th, while we can.

This is a US website, sponsored by a great US company. It's still the best place to live, for the moment.

Remember how when you were little
you could just rip off your diaper and
just run around naked and everyone
thought it was so cute and funny?

Anyway, I need bail money.

Why not? The forum is run on American servers, yes?

Make it easy on yourself and forget the cake.

Example:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, USA!
