I just figured out I could AirPlay from my MBA using Safari to my AppleTV. Wouldn't work with Chrome.

Yep, Chrome doesn't support the streaming tech required:

"Requirements: Live streaming uses Apple’s HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) technology. HLS requires an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with Safari on iOS 9.0 or later, a Mac with Safari on macOS v10.11 or later, or a PC with Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. Streaming via Apple TV requires an Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation) with software 6.2 or later or an Apple TV (4th generation)."

FWIW, I just tried it on my AppleTV (4) and it came right up. (12:20 PM Central Time)

Keynote streaming fine here on my Apple TV 4. The only hiccup was figuring out I had to download an app to watch on Apple TV this time around.

It wouldn't work in Edge. Three hours after it started the 1h50m stream had loaded 25%.

Edit: I reloaded and it finally streamed. I don't know why it stalled, maybe my modem got a new lease in the middle.
