The SO had a stash we both discovered tonight...the oldest is dated 2006. I'm all for trashing but the other half is all for cracking them open and using. What say you?

if there's no mold on top and it hasn't separated and still pours it might even still taste a little bit like chocolate.

Scrape the mold off and go for it. I've done it and it was fine.

Hasn't been opened yet so will tell the SO he's free to use it. Thanks!

Plus I will mark so we know it's the old stuff just in case...personally I won't be using it but plan to report back if there's an adverse reaction!
