MR Forum Fit Club

To encourage fitness goals, share experiences, educate and uplift each other.

If you haven't started yet, you are welcome at anytime.

Share as much or as little as you want with the group.

Starting out doesn't need to be a big step, just take that step.






Remember, set your fitness bar high!







One workout but it was solid. I also did decently on sugar intake.

Last week: One lifting workout
Next week goal: 2 lifting workouts.

I "celebrated" my birthday with my 278th visit to the gym this year. That's 89 more visits than my 2016 total, and I still have a month and a half left!

Switched up interval training from 1/4 mile stints to one mile blocks.
still getting 4-6 miles in a day.
