First official InstantPot meal: Braised beef ribs. (ENJOY PIC)

It wasn't really "instant". Cooked for an hour. Then instructions said to let the pressure release slowly for 30 mins. Then it had to be finished in the broiler while the sauce thickened.
Total cook time was about two hours. I was expecting 20 mins grinning smiley

I find it interesting that a TV commercial had turned on a whole new segment of the world to cooking in a pressure cooker.
