I found a new weakness, reheating pizza in a fry pan. Cold Kirkland pizza becomes amazing in a fry pan ...sooo crunchy.

Yay! Finally dry enough to work in the yard, and one day on the treadmill.

Been adding some free weights after my weekly racquetball sessions, but I've been having some issues with my back wonking out on me outside of the gym, so I might need to turn some focus to that (abs/back) instead of my arms/shoulders.

Averaged 7,227 steps per day for the past week. (According to FitBit)

Two days walking to work (two different locations) totals almost 11k steps. Another two days around 9k.

Also rowed a 10k on four days.

Taken up my Apple Watch's dare to exercise every day for the week leading up to Valentine's day. It came up when I'd already gone several days without a break, so I'm actually hitting quite the unbroken stretch of days at the gym.

...And I've lost 4 more pounds.

'Been at the same weight throughout most of the winter and didn't expect to be able to take any more off until spring when I have more outdoor activities.

Who'd have thought that just getting more exercise would help me to lose weight! bunny smiley

I discovered this when I went (mostly) vegetarian...

EVERYTHING tastes better when fried up with a little butter.

Got in 3 days of riding on the trainer. My prostate flared up again. Just got in a new seat. I'll install it sometime this week and give it a try this weekend.
