Get your next one at Dollar Tree.

Clark Howard said on the radio last week that his wife bought him one many years ago from Dollar Tree and gave it to him then, collected it back and regives the same one to him each year. He's happy!

I splurge on greeting cards - usually go with Papyrus cards. They do cost more but my experience has been that recipients really appreciate these cards.

I get most of my cards at the dollar store for $.50 each but for special events I splurge on the singing cards which my family seems to enjoy.

I've been known to get the at Dollar tree (or Ocean State Job Lot), but my lack of planning left me in a bit of a jam. Now I just have to remember to sign it tonight. ;)

$10 Cards are too much!

Keep your eyes open for other places that sell cards. Oddly enough, I’ve found some excellent cards at my local UPS store in the $4-5 range. As a fellow cheapskate, I buy cards all year around when I find good ones at a good price. If I really like a card, I may buy multiples.

In lieu of a $9.55 card, get her something from the bake shop.
Write a note on the inside box top.
Log into MRF tomorrow.
Thank 3d for wonderful idea.
