I saw this in wirecutter

Seems interesting. Even if only for the 3G car tracking without any monthly fee. What do you think?

It looked good until I got down to the part it was a startup. They didn't say what data they harvest from it. Don't forget to look through the one star ratings. Sounds like it won't work with Android 7.x or later.
