Got in two workouts. One good, the other was meh. Food intake was fine until I stumbled into a buffet.

Only got 35.7 miles in last week in part because of rain.
Am up to 2.25 miles a day running though, which gets my 3.4 mile routing down to a 12.35 combined pace.
Plus a need to drill a new hole in a favorite leather belt.

One treadmill session, one yardwork session, and one real walk. I stayed pretty constant on correct food intake.

worked all last week. No exercise and caloric intake was cr@p. So now I pay the price and have to work that off. We shall see how well that works for me.

Oh, and I absolutely HATE those REBOK crossfit classes. The form is non existent and you can hurt yourself easily. I had a friend who repeatedly injured her back (existing scoliosis) with those classes, even though I begged her not to do it. She is now needing back surgery - at 40. Man, that sucks.

Two bike rides and about 5 hours of yard work this week. And my diet has been good -- not too much snacking. Still having some shoulder/neck discomfort that I can't figure out.

First week this year using my treadmill (desktop): 13.4 miles at 2.2 MPH. 12 miles light intervals on the road. Total: 25.4 miles. Weight steady, legs tired.

I'm wondering at what point I'll stop losing weight? I'm 6' 0" tall. I probably don't want to get below 155 - 160 lbs.

I stopped losing weight a long time ago so I don't measure by weight loss. I now pinch around by rounder areas to see if I am making headway on the fat.

Ouch, that one hurt...

Put in a good three hours of gardening at a friend's house on Friday. My back is still feeling it but will get used to it. They have gorgeous gardens and the garden house tour is in two weeks.

Did a lovely 10 mile bike ride in the restricted park of Tuxedo Park. NY on Saturday. Was put on by St. Mary's as a fund raiser. They are slowly growing the amount of participants year to year and we will be participating in a bigger way next year. Very welcoming group and the potluck was a surprise.

Didn't get to hike on Sunday because of rain so the 4 mile to check out the rhododendron blooms will have to wait another year but we may do the hike next weekend anyway.
