After being killed by Apple, Palm branded devices coming back from the dead

The Palm brand may be revived before the end of this year, with recently discovered filings revealing a smartphone produced by TCL has been provided to regulators for testing, one that uses the Palm name and has the model number "PVG100."

Not my cup, but I wouldn't mind seeing an updated PalmOS on a new Tungsten-like device.

I'd like an air-gapped PDA (ok, maybe BT only, no other networking) for codes, registrations, and a data base for some of my gear.

I still have my Tungsten and a NIB Palm m130, both with dead batteries, no doubt. If the Tungsten were capable of a strong a/n password and could have it's battery replaced, I'd to it in a heartbeat.

Removing the SIM from my 4s and using it is probably what I should do. I just wish I'd never upgraded it from iOS 6.x.
