Wired or wireless keyboard/mouse?

How are your keyboard and mouse connected

What is your current setup?

I'm still using both wired, but the clutter on the desk (and the constant dragging of dust and lint) is starting to get to me. Wondering if it's time to change or keep the wires for one less RF source around me.

My preference is for wireless, though I use wired from time to time, especially when booting into an external drive.

All wireless, but have wired set aside just in case.

d keyboard with numeric keypad (used frequently) acts as a hub for a wired mouse and the wired printer.

apple wired keyboard, Logitech wireless mouse. Works quite well for my needs. I love the Logitech wireless mice -- they absolutely sip power and seem to last well over a year on a pair of AA batteries. Here's a screenshot of battery life left in my mouse right now:

Just got the Apple extended bluetooth keyboard. Love having the numeric keypad. Also use the trackpad. I only wish that I could get a decent trackpad to work with my work computer. I hate using a wired mouse.

Wireless is simply best for convenience but I don't use Apple input devices on any of my main computers so they're all wired.

Mike,

I'd prefer to have both wireless, but there is a gremlin that follows me wherever I go, with the single intent of destroying all wireless and bluetooth devices in sight. They just don't last long in my care.
