Due to content, accent, or for another reason?

In fairness, Jdc is not wrong about that bit.

He liked both, but for different reasons. Outlaw King was much more historically accurate from costumes to personal interactions and battles. Braveheart for, well, just because it's a film about the fight Scottish independence.

Side note- This may not be news to anyone else, but I found out only recently that Chris Pine is the son of actor Robert Pine, best known for playing Sgt. Getraer on CHiPs. There's a definite family resemblance that only becomes obvious once you're aware of it.
