If you are looking for something that is a non streaming service and have storage space on your device:

I use doubleTwist. Mac/PC app is free. They have a free version and a paid version for Android devices. I have the paid version as it lets me sync wirelessly. It can sync your iTunes music (or selected) from your Mac/PC iTunes library to your Android device including your playlists. I use it on my Galaxy S7 and I have been very pleased with it.

Do you stream, listen to podcasts, or...?

I load sections of my library on the expansion card in my phone and mostly play full albums with the default Music app. I don't listen to many podcasts from the phone unless I am on a trip long enough to play the whole thing (60 to 90 minutes).

Just want to load music I have on iTunes into my phone. No streaming services, etc.

I'm not sure why some Android phones don't have a native app for music like Apple does on iPhones. I had it on my HTCs but not on Samsung...

I use the Google Play app. You can have it monitor your iTunes additions and it will upload (back up) all of those songs. It's not all that sleek or perfect, but it works, plus you can access the music.google.com web version too which is cool.

Make sure you have all of your original music backed up the way you like first.

Forgot to mention the app you install on your phone plays the music, sorts them, choose playlists etc. If you have album covers for your files it shows them also.
