If I were you, I'd print it out, take it to the local Bank of America branch office, and demand they fix the non-existent problem. I'd tell them I'm NOT leaving until they fix it. I'd threaten to close all my non-existent accounts - including 2 non-existent credit card accounts, three non-existent savings accounts, and a non-existent checking account.

If they tell you, like they once told me when I tried to get them to refund $100 of fees I did not owe them, "Go ahead, leave. We've got plenty of customers," then I'd threaten to sue the socks off them.

Go ahead. It'll be fun! Tell me how it all works out. Maybe they'll give you a free toaster.
