OMG, that call on the last drive of the 4th quarter was SO INCORRECT. The Rams player didn't play the ball and hit the WR in the helmet.

That didn't end well after the questionable call.

Saints got robbed big time.

Superbowl Rams. Saints already had the benefit of not having to face the unstoppable Todd Gurley.

They will always say the Rams don't deserve to be in the Superbowl because of the missed call.

Yeah, usually I don't like to point to one play or call being the difference in a game, but that one left a bad taste in my mouth.

If only there was some other time the Saints reaped the benefits of bad or non-calls to send them to the Super Bowl...

I saw the play. The game was 4 whole quarters + hardly no Gurley I would say the Saints were lucky to be close.

Wow, if that's not helmet to helmet, what is? How can officiating be that bad?

Injuries are part of the game. Saints had hurt players as well. That called definitely altered the game.

Oh boo hoo hoo. Brees throwing an ill timed interception is meaningless all of a sudden. Not even mentioned. Rams beat 'em.

A throw that most likely wouldn't have happened if the PI had been called.

No need to be a sore winner! I am ok with the Rams if they can beat NE.

Let's hope they don't need to. We'll see how this second game goes.
Rams v KC would be fun.

Well he has a whole offseason to think about it and lick his wounds. My extended family is from Louisiana and they're in full whine mode. If they weren't playing the Rams I would have been rooting for them.

I don't have a rooting interest in either team. It just seemed to be a very incorrect call tat broke 2 rules. PI and helmet to helmet hit.

It certainly wasn't the only incorrect call. It was just at a pivotal moment. This game shouldn't have been this close. To equate Gurley to whoever the Saints have injured as a wash doesn't make sense. Saints were lucky to be in the game. You can't gloss over that.

Not one of us knows what would have happened. For all we know, the next play could have been a turn-over, Brees could have been sacked, lights could have gone out, yada yada yada.

With that said, the whole effin' season has been marred by poor officiating & blatant missed calls. It got so bad, commentators said eff NFL sanctions and spoke out on the air. EDIT: Boomer Esiason just said the same on CBS Half-Time Show.
Why should this game be any different?

Why should this game be any different?

The AFC Championship commentators just made a hullaballoo about the blown PI/personal foul during their halftime presentation.

And it's looking like the Patriots are going to ANOTHER Super Bowl... which is nice, that'll free up 3 hours of my time in a couple weeks. #LifeLongPatsHater At least Brady only has another 2-5 years left in him!

d'ya see that? Don't give up on the Chiefs just yet.

2-5 more years of Brady? I can't.
