I pride myself on minimalism, but I think this proves that I'm not as minimalistic as I think.

I should apply a healthy dose of minimalism to my 12" MB's menu bar.

Many times I have to click on the desktop to see a desired menu item because the app I was in took over and obliterated several items.

Not that much of a problem on my 27" iMac and LED ACD monitor.

I do frequently cull my Docks though.

It really bugs me to see somebody with a ton of icons in it and they scroll back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, looking for a particular app. When I (politely, of course) query 'WTF, over?!' the response is invariably 'I know where everything is!'. LOL

I use Bartender to keep my menu bar apps in control.
