Set of Pilot Sports would cost me $1600.

Only a 20,000 mile warranty.

That’s what you get for owning a Lamborghini.

I hate to threadcrap, but I have found Costco to be (paradoxically for a discount warehouse) expensive for tires. Maybe it's because they only seem to carry high-end tires (also strange for a discount warehouse).

When I compared with tirerack and adding the install fee, Costco came out slightly ahead. There is a chain around here called Mavis Discount Tires and the have prices similar to Costco for the same models, but they also sell less expensive tires, some brands that I rarely heard of.

So what do you get instead? How much?

Not sure, would have to shop around. Thankfully, we dont need tires, so good.

I would expect to pay closer to $900 once the time comes.

The big win at Costco is the road hazard warranty. The counter folks are not incentived to screw you

Hm, 6/32" left on my tires. I think I can wait until this deal comes back around. I think we're currently putting 6-8k miles/year on it at the moment.
