I was able to run two separate 6 mile runs and get in one upper body workout. Food intake was not great since I ate a bunch of cake.

I did well getting in a 24 mile ride at a higher average - 16.8mph. Food intake suffered. Eating to calm the nerves. Bad bad habit. Don't do it. I'll do it for you. =)

4.2 mi/day last week, roughly me recent average. We don't speak of weight loss in our house as there would be only silence.
