Anyone know this logo? (on a lightning cable)

Lightning cable has failed. I'd like to get a warranty replacement, but can't tell where it came from. I was assuming monoprice (which is where I buy most of my cables like this), but I don't recognize the logo (no other markings anywhere on the ends or cable). could still be a monoprice cable (I suspect it is), but wanted to see if anybody else has any ideas before barking up that tree.

I looked in both my Monoprice and Amazon order histories, but couldn't find this exact cable.

You could try searching your email.

Saint Cloud, Minnesota, where the weather is wonderful even when it isn't.

My guess is you won't get any warranty satisfaction unless you can verify the receipt is from a reputable retailer.

Otherwise I would guess it's a knockoff of a knockoff...

yeah, that's possible as well. It could be something that came with a used device I've bought at some point over the past 5+ years.

At any rate, for a $5 cable, probably not worth any more of my time (or that of any other MRF'ers who have read this thread)!

I heard that even Monoprice makes replacement difficult, as they insist on replacing it with the exact same model which they discontinue after a while. I never tried it myself, but someone mentioned this on this forum.

don't bother, Buy a OWC braided cable and move on.

I've had monoprice replace stuff without hassle before, even if product was discontinued. So, not worried about that.

Looks like a generic chinese one. Like "Most Happiness Computer Cables, LTD".

I have found the Anker cables suck the least.

yeah, after examination, I think this one must have just come with an iOS device that I've bought sometime in the last 5 years. I had a bunch of monoprice cables on hand already, so the failed cable has been placed on the e-waste heap.

Right angle braided cables have solved almost all our issues.
