saw this today on Verge.
Looks pretty interesting.
Tim Cook is somehow involved.
Made of aluminum, not plastic.
And thus far, in the US.
Not cheap, but ...

"In science it often happens that scientists say, 'You know that's a really good argument; my position is mistaken,' and then they would actually change their minds and you never hear that old view from them again. They really do it. It doesn't happen as often as it should, because scientists are human and change is sometimes painful. But it happens every day. The way that atomizes, good luck getting a truly hot shower. The water will drop in temp substantially before it gets past your shoulders.

Oxygenic units provide a great shower experience.

A "Brushed Stainless Steel" finish Oxygenic shower unit can be had for about $40.

It's a good looking unit and looks easy to install.

But I like a pelting, punishing shower, cleansing both body and soul of the day's transgressions past, present, and those about to be embraced.

The Hamada 2700 is a cheap plastic import ripoff of the all metal, polished chrome American made Commando 450.

On max hot, I have very hot water, so it'd be sauna time, easy. Still, not the shower experience I'm looking for.

If I was at all concerned about the environment, this would be the way to go:

But I'd choose my shower partners carefully.

So what are you using to get your results? Showerhead wise.

Nebia by Moen will be manufactured in China using high-grade sustainable aluminum, brass and precision plastics.

What exactly is a sustainable precision plastic? Also, are the aluminum and brass parts not precise? For that matter, what does "high-grade" mean? Who the heck came up with that disastrous word-salad sentence?

Perhaps this thing is a good product, but there is nothing on their website that explains why. The only clue to why this is different from other showerheads is their use of the word "atomized". Unfortunately, the definition of atomized is "convert (a substance) into very fine particles or droplets", which is what every showerhead in existence does. Until further proof arises, this product appears to have nothing but marketing BS behind it.

I'm still looking.

I tried to be responsible during CA's most recent drought and got a 2gpm shower head that proved lacking.

I recently went back to a cheap then low flow shower head given free for the asking, rated at 2.5gpm.

It's an improvement.

I replaced a military-shower type valve that had a small opening with a ball valve that had a little larger opening and got a little more volume and sting out of it.

But I'm still looking.

This may be my next attempt:

It looks promising, but that could be connected to a 2" attack line from a truck.

After reading the not so fine print, CA residents can only get the 1.8 version. WTF!

Looks like I'll have to find someone in Nevavah or Kramer's guy with the truck.

Even the Commando 250 is illegal in CA.

Hah!

don't leave us hanging ....

I think I got my "Brushed Stainless Steel" finish Oxygenic unit at a Camping World store for ~ $35 several years ago (list was closer to $60). Last year, I saw the same unit at Walmart for just under $40. Just now, I see on Amazon: "List Price: $40, our price $54!.

Look around, they're readily available and, you should be able to get one delivered for < $50. I'm VERY happy with the shower experience I get from the Oxygenic unit. It's MUCH better than the OEM POS that Dynamax put in my RV.
