Q: quicken 2020 premiere

Hi there
Upgrading from a quicken 2017 (Mac) non-subscription, I purchased. yesterday from Quicken a two year subscription to Q2020 (renews on 2/22). And today, I see that Fry's has a $40 download of Quicken 2020 premier. Is there any reason, why I shouldn't buy the fry's download? It is $30 cheaper then the subscription. And no auto renewal. Quicken offers a 30 day money back warranty. Thanks for any insight.
And welcome to March everyone.

Is Fry's back in business? The ones near where I live all sold out almost all their inventory before last Thanksgiving and then all but closed their doors. Kept saying they were "reorganizing" and would be back up and running by Christmas, but that didn't seem to happen. I still see a couple of cars in the parking lot at the one nearest me, but doesn't look like there's enough activity to indicate they're open. Nothing on their web page though - looking at it seems to say "business as usual".
