I am trying to post to the board on my 2011 MBP Modifications, with 6 pics that I added per discussions yesterday. Even when I take the pic links out, I keep getting the following Error message below - I just added parts of the Error message, took out the main body of what was there. Is there enough here to give clues on where I goofed up?

EDIT: Tried posting several times last night as well as this morning.

This may have nothing to do with error, but trying to post from: 2017 MBA, Catalina, Safari

Maybe I will try posting from my 2011 MBP, High Sierra, Safari

you copied some text that has non-ASCII charatcters. It is sometimes hard to find what is the offending character as many of those are no visible. I even ttied to convert to plain text and re-copy and still does not always work.

Your best chance is to copy again, one paragraph at a time. Make sure there is no line break, no foreign characters, etc.

It is NOT the pictures.

THANKS for the clues...

When I read your clues, I realized that I had two excerpts copied from the website I was citing. So, I went to those excerpts and looked for symbols. I found 3 instances of single quotes being used for MBP screen sizes. I replaced all three instances (I could see the quote change physically on screen). Hit the post key on the message, and off it went!

I learned something new here today. Again.

Thanks!
